1 Unpacking and working environment
Note:After the packing box is in place, please confirm that the robot package is intact. If it is damaged, please contact the logistics company and the local supplier in time. After unpacking, please check the actual items in the box according to the list of items.

2 Service conditions and requirements
UltraArm P340 is a full body metal framework. The actual weight of the mechanical arm is 2.9kg, which is sufficient. During use,the mechanical arm can be directly placed on the plane without additional fixation.
Before formal installation, please confirm:
The working environment shall meet the requirements of 1 Unpacking and working environment above.
The working position shall not be less than the working range of the robot, and enough space shall be reserved for installation, use, maintenance and repair.
Put the stand in place
Note:When adjusting the position of the robot on the base mounting table, please try not to push or pull the robot directly on the base mounting table to avoid scratches. When moving the robot manually, please try to avoid exerting external forces on the vulnerable parts of the robot body to avoid unnecessary damage to the robot.

3 Power on the robot
Before operation, please confirm that you have read and followed the contents of Chapter 1 Safety Instructions to ensure safe operation. At the same time, connect the power adapter to the mechanical arm and place the mechanical arm on a flat surface. The connection mode is shown in Figure 3-1.
ultraArm P340 must be powered by an external power source to provide sufficient power:

Be careful,The serial communication line inserted into the mega development board cannot be used for power supply.Use the officially adapted power supply to avoid damage to the mechanical arm.
4 Connect your PC using USB
1)Connect the serial communication line to the corresponding USB interface of the computer and the mechanical arm, and open my Blockly programming software for simple control. For specific operation mode, refer to PC control
2)After simply controlling the mechanical arm, if the equipment does not fail, the subsequent programming can be continued.

5 Use of end tools
The end tools of the ultraArm P340 mechanical arm are respectively: pen clip, laser engraving head, gripper, suction pump, steering gear and Lego replacement flange.
